From Love…to Love…with Love ~

Meet Julia! This sweet Angelic little girl asked her mom to buy this ”sunshine bag” made by my Palestinian sisters within project AAKHDA as her Christmas present from Kahliya`s online shop. I was immediately so warmed at heart by this girl`s enthusiasm that I did what I could to try and get it to her in time for Christmas.. I was then thrilled to further hear that she had heard about my project from her teacher who told the class in her school in N.Y.

Julia`s joy is my joy as she embodies the heart of this project..from love…to love…with love…

I love you dear Julia..bless your sweet heart..May you enjoy this bag with the love process it carries and may you blossom and shine and grow up one day to show the world more love with your pure heart..I am absolutely sure you will make us very proud of you..as we already are!

Much Love,Mia.

February 2012

In many traditions worldwide, February is celebrated as the time of the Return of the Light. It is a good time to assess just where we are heading, shining the light on any areas that need attention. According to feng shui, there are nine major Life Endeavors that must be in harmony in order to have a satisfying life. These are:

1) Vision. A vision is something relatively unchanging which guides your life choices from birth to death. It is much more than a goal or a wish for something temporarily pleasant. Oftentimes, you knew this life vision well, though probably not is so many words, as a child and spontaneously headed in that direction.

2) Personal Sanctuary. This is a private space where you spend time checking in with your Higher Self, a place, ideally, where you have control over the environment (if it is in a room) or where you are always refreshed by nature (if it is a place outdoors).

3) Support System. This includes your family, ancestors, teachers and everyone who has helped you find your way. Who do you appreciate and how do you tell them?

4) Opportunities. Many people and events come your way each day offering possibilities which could lead to your wealth and happiness. The question is, “Are you ready to take advantage of them when they come?”

5) Passions. Those things which you love doing and find yourself able to totally give yourself to. This is where you “make a name for yourself.” By what works do people know you now? What words are often used to describe you? It is often in this area that you make your biggest “mistakes.” These are the lessons that lead to your eventual illumination.

6) Home & Partnership. The persons and place to which you are committed. This is where you try out your best ideas on a daily “put it to the test” basis. Your home and close loved one give you constant feedback as to what really works.

7) Creative Play. Your output of joyous expression including your art and your children. This area of your life also relates to how you process disappointment. How do you reach that deep well of inner nourishment?

8) Community. In order to have a full Earth life, we must all do things in behalf of each other as well as for ourselves. What groupings do you feel a part of? How do you give to your community? Do you support your local artists and merchants? Do you have a spiritual group who share your values? Do you belong to more than an internet community? How do you help others?

9) Health & Spirit. Your daily practices to honor your soul/mind/body are those things which keep you in physical health. Your daily practice of living for a purpose or a being higher than yourself is what brings everything else into alignment.

If nothing else, feng shui is thorough! You may think it is only about decorating, but this is just the popular simplification. Actually, it is about living in total harmony with the planet, the land, the people, all creatures, all of your furniture and tools, and every seemingly insignificant event. It is fun, of course, to just move the furniture. And in so doing, we move the world. Nice if we have a clue as to what direction we are moving everything!

Teach me about Love ~

Posted in poetry, Uncategorized with tags , , on 15,February,2012 by Mia

Teach me about love
Teach me about freedom
Teach me to dance
While basking in your glance
As our love continues to be enhanced ~

Teach me to be
To be free
To be me
Teach me to set you free
As I long to feel your arms
Wrapped around me

Teach me to feel you
To hold you and feed you
With my warmth
But never seize you
Teach me to feel safe
With your love around me
Yet never bound me

Teach me to nurture this love
To roam the skies together as doves
To learn and grow as we search above
Yet fly within and continue
To discover our own true song
Teach me about freedom
Teach me about Love..

Where the Angels sing ~

Round and round I go

Where I go

No one will ever know

For I am free to flow

As pure white snow

Following my heart

I will spread my wings

And meet you

Where the angels sing ~

Inspiring Love ~

Posted in humanitarian, Uncategorized with tags , , , , on 13,February,2012 by Mia

This is a story of Love, to celebrate and inspire us all on Valentine`s day. This is a story of a friendship that crosses borders..of ignorance, fear and unnecessary strife.
Mohammad Alqadi from Jenin,Palestine and Avi Deul from Hod Hasharon,Israel ,both peace ativists ,have met on the internet through their devoted activity, and later in real life..after which they eventually became great friends.. Lately,Mohammad was visiting in TelAviv ,in relation to this peace activity and stayed the night at Avi`s place, before returning back home the next day. This is what he wrote following his experience as he returned home and told his friends about his stay.. after which it seems that Avi had received the same reactions of fear, suspicion and astonishment from his own  surroundings..

Mohammad`s words:

“GREAT THING HAPPEN WITH ME

when i back from telaviv i told my friend that i spent my night in my jew friend Avi they my friend say : are you crazy … i said what .. then they say you dont afraid that when you sleep they can come and kill u ….  hhhhhhh realy start with smiling realy alot of stuiped people in the the world i told them if they are some one who crazy in the world is u and u and u coz Avi is my best friend and he didnt do that for me realy we talk about trust ya trust i trust him and he trust me ..  after that when i was called avi in skype i told him what happen with me he start to Laughing and said to me that his friends said to him the same so we started to laugh both of us ….just i wanna say that i love you and your family Avi and i had a great time with your family thanks Avi”

I am so proud to know Mohammad and Avi,both are excellent examples of the courage needed in these times to breakthrough the stagnating consensus of fear and distrust which has settled in our region,as in other similar situations around the world. Reaching out to the ‘other’ with a pure heart, releasing fear and old wounds ,allows us to create anew, a brighter reality…one of collaboration, of mutual inspiration ,of friendship.. of Love. It is people like these who take our shaky hands and show us the way..to trust ..and overcome..and create a better..brighter world for us and for future generations to come.. GodBless you Mohammad and Avi,may all of humanity follow in your footsteps..Amen..

You`re a shining star*

Posted in poetry with tags , on 13,February,2012 by Mia

Just when you feel

You`ve hit rock bottom

Once again

Just when you feel

You`re so misunderstood

Once again

Just when you feel

You`ve tried all you can

And you seem to be back

In that same old place

Of anguish and disgrace

Look again..

Look within..

You`re an Amazing unique creation

An absolute One of a kind

Free to laugh and cry as you will

No fear to spill

Folllow your own thrill ~

Celebrate the gift of life

Given to you

LOVE yourself

You`re a shining star*

Whitney ~

Posted in Uncategorized with tags , on 12,February,2012 by Mia

I feel sad for Whitney..and all those she represents..who have a hard time containing their extreme passionate power and communicating it to their surroundings ..In her case as in many others..it was unbearable and led to destructive addictions..until she just had to stop..

I am full of hope for others not to give up..to understand their passionate powers ARE needed in this world..even if many times not understood..or even seemingly unwelcome..

There are healthy ways to learn to contain them and communicate them to others in ways that benefit all.. It may not be easy..but the work on this is well worth it..The world needs these passionate beings…and they need to be embraced…
May your soul be in PEACE Dear Whitney…you will always continue to SOAR in our hearts..
