Emotional ~

  • Somewhere in the midst of moving forward..trying to achieve..staying positive..there is our soul that gives us a pull every now and then showing up as us feeling very sensitive..emotional..vulnerable.
We are reminded of our Humanity..of our Hearts..of our Souls..of our Emotions..
While it may feel a bit difficult..there’s absolutely nothing wrong with fact quite the contrary..
There is Beauty..Richness of our Being..for after all we are not machines..but Souls..
We Yearn for manifesting our emotional beings..providing the fullness of our existence.
In being in tune with our emotional selves we make sure we are contributing our sensitivity to the whole of Existence.
The World needs much more of that
And so does each and every one of us.
Overriding emotions robs us of life and robs the world of compassion.
Many of us were not taught to embrace our emotions nor supported in doing so..that doesnt mean we cant start now..wherever we are..there is no time limit at all and in our understanding of this we begin to Grow and evolve..becoming Richer and more fulfilled as individuals and as a whole.
Be there for yourselves..embrace your emotions..your yourself some compassion and in doing so we all can learn from each other to be more Human more Compassionate and Embrace Each Other ♡
    Blessings on your journey
    Much Love

Sometimes in our lives

Chaos may appear..

Be it in our personal space

Or on more of a Global level

Events or reactions to the events may effect our sense of calm and Harmony

It is essential

first and foremost

That we find our center

And Calm

For within that space

Resides our connection to source

And only from within that place

Can we begin to see the bigger picture and understand all those acting in it, as well as where they may be coming from.

Patience and Compassion are crucial

For us to find our calm

And for the Healing of Humanity

May we Always strive to find that place,

For then we can contribute to a World of Beauty & Love…Amen..

Much Love

Yom Kippur, on Forgiveness and Compassion

Posted in Spirituality with tags , , , , , , , , , , on 13,September,2013 by Mia

Today, Eve of Yom Kippour

Day of forgiveness Atonement and Repentance

in the Jewish Faith

As we look within

Can we stretch the boundaries of our kin?

Can we try and include

our forgiveness

for all those who have sinned..?

As we rise and purify ourselves

can we bring along

in our prayer

not only those who

we see in pain

but even those who have

been the cause..?

For they too are marked by pain

and have turned to express in ways that are sometimes insane..

Just a thought

To ponder upon

As we try

To find sense

In this existence

And build

A safe world

Of Love & Harmony

For us ALL to live in ..

Sending LOVE to ALL

And wishing an easy fast to all those fasting..

May we all find a moment to look within
And find the Light*
Which Unites us ALL

Compassion/ Mia leventhal

Temper thy passion.

Include others on your tide,

Help them join the ride..

Not only for those who are in suffering,

But for those

Who are blind to see

Grant them

Of your tender ability.

Wouldn`t that be

A wonderful gift to Humanity …

I will leave you with a prayer of Rosh hashana and Yom Kippur

Avinu Malkeinu

Hear our prayer
We have sinned before thee
Have compassion upon us and upon our children
Help us bring an end to pestilence, war, and famine
Cause all hate and oppression to vanish from the earth
Inscribe us for blessing in the book of life
Let the new year be a good year for us

a few moments after writing the poem-“My Voice”

I decided to leave it there ,

allowing myself to re-polish it later, if needed.

I went out for my walk on the beach,

and continued to ponder upon this issue which has been travelling in my mind.

Am I ready to surpass my fears,

to express my voice..?

Am I able to deliver my message

amidst aggression and adversity?

Am I able to make myself heard

As I walked along the boardwalk,

I was suddenly struck by a troublesome image.

A young man,part of a group

grabbed hold of a crutch laying in the back of a disabled couple`s trolley,as they drove it passing by him.

The woman stopped the trolley, and turned around in a state of shock.

her voice trembling with fear, shouted ”why?” Why are you doing this..?

I immediately jumped, making a huge effort to overcome my own fear of this man and his group, aswell as what this agressive situation arises in my own recollections..

I echoed her in asking “why?”

followed by a few more words,

but the reactions had a growing negative inclination so I moved my attention to the woman sitting shooken up in the cart.

Her husband, feeling overwhelmingly helpless, took out a cigarette and could but remain contained..At a certain point he slowly eased, and as I asked if he was ok..he joined us in our communication.

I immediately embraced the woman who felt the relief of her tension turn to tears in my arms..I assured her everything is alright..that we have seen the end of it..and that she can now release..

How well did I comprehend the terror in her could I be assured it was over..? and yet I decided it would be..and the men left..

She feared to continue their I continued to console, offering depth and insight into this experience.

I was pleased to find her joining me in a dance of compassion, understanding the significance of her role delivered by Grace.. to Embrace, and not further among other things, the current racial hate, existing in our parts..

As she continued to thank me and my presence, I assured her she was granting me a gift of manifesting the mantra I was repeating in my mind as I had been walking.

“will I be able to be heard..will I transcend my fears of aggression..will I be able to speak my quiet voice of Love..?”

I shared with them a bit of my story,my experiences..and my own debates.

They were my fellow companions on the route for Love..searching through our own trial and much are we called to voice ourselves in a moment of threat, overcoming our own opposed to how much we are to surrender to the compassionate understanding of the frustration, confusion and blinded longing of the “other” who threatens..

I was overwhelmed by their grand spirits of light*..and couldnt help but wonder who came to the “aid” of whom..?

I have re-united with another two lovely souls of light who have taught me another lesson on my way..

Thank you Madeleine & Rafi..may the stars continue to shine on you their bright light..

*My Voice/Poem by Mia Leventhal

My Voice..
is one of quiet subtility,
one of Love in its purity.
I do not scream,
nor shout,
nor pout..
Are you willing
to hear me out..
just the same?

I will not debate you,
I do not hate you.
To me,
you are an essential part.
Are you willing
to truly listen
with your heart..?
